Greetings,

Thank you for your interest in my Mindful Coaching Series.

Over the past 20 years, I spent countless hours studying different health/ wellness modalities for healing grief. Most recently, I’ve combined these systems and lessons to create a four- week series to help anyone who is feeling stuck, uncertain, and sad to discover mindfulness, purpose and even joy through connecting deep within in a four week series called: Mindful Coaching After Loss.

My intent with this series is to help you better serve yourself with a guidebook that you will create using the four modules: Grace, Love, Clarity and Joy/Beauty. You can go back to your guidebook at anytime when you feel stuck or are experiencing a transition or stressful situation.

The aim of the program is to help you explore aspects of grief, find your voice after loss, develop a practice for engaging in self- compassion and gaining clarity of your goals and purpose post- loss This is for not just for widows. This is for anyone who lost someone they loved.
