Kristin Meekhof is a resilience and gratitude expert. She is an author, wellness expert, grief expert, M.S.W. (master in social work) and free- lance writer. She is available to speak on a variety of topics including: tips for managaing pandemic related anxeity, tips for coping with compassion fatigue, reslience, gratitude, adoption, care giving, grief, hospice, health / wellness.

Here are some highlights~
In 2021 and 2020, Kristin moderated the Organic Spa Wellness panel.
In 2021, Kristin provided tips (via Zoom) for West Bloomfield Michigan High School students during the “U Matter” week.
On April 21, 2021, Kristin was a live Instagram guest of Rachael Ray’s Gretta Monahan.
Kristin was a podcast guest of Denise Ilitch (2021). They discussed maintaining confidence post- loss. Here is a link to the episode.
In 2021, The Elizabeth Dole Foundation asked Kristin to present an online message of hope for those struggling with mental health.
In 2020, The University of Michigan Alumni Association reached out to Kristin, and she presented a live online webinar, titled “Building Resilience During These Uncertain Times”.
As a 2020 guest on New Day- CNN’s live morning show, Kristin presented tips for managing pandemic related anxiety.
Kristin was also a 2020 guest of Dr. Nandi (syndicated) on the “Dr. Nandi Show”.
In 2020, Kristin is a presenter in two modules for the Disney/ Pixar/ University of Michigan Coursea’s online class.

At the 2016 Fitbloggin‘ Conference Kristin presented 10 Ways to Overcome Any Setback. At the United Nations CSW 60 Conference, Kristin introduced Lord Loomba. In November 2016, at the Global Fund For Widow’s Annual Fundraising Event, Kristin was the Guest of Honor and invited to speak here as well.
